The Digital Music Black Market

Illegal acquisition of music is, dare I say it, more common than purchasing music or borrowing it from friends. True, the iTunes Music Store is doing well, and eMusic and other services aren't doing too poorly themselves. But as we all know, CD sales are in the toilet and more and more, CDs themselves are disappearing from the shelves of stores like Borders as these retailers skulk off to the book section with their tails between their legs.
