F-Files Note: If gender is a social construction which I believe it is, then I don't think the question should be "Are Trans Surgeries Justified?" but "What type of culture do we live in where people have to surgically alter their bodies in order to feel comfortable in their own skin?" This can be applied to women and plastic surgery as well.
