First and foremost I must say the raw food diet should not be thought of as only a tool for weight loss. I believe, that we should all include some percentage of raw in our diet in an on-going basis.
The raw food diet offers so many benefits like, increased energy, mental clarity, healing from cancer, diabetes etc… If using raw as a diet or just a temporary fix, you will be missing out on all of the wonderful benefits being raw has to offer.
