IN a hidden courtyard at the Bronx Zoo on a recent weekday, Ruth Iannuzzi soaped and scrubbed, then hugged, Alexander, 5, and Balkor, 3, a couple of two-humped camels from Asia who have had visitors doing double takes since they arrived at the zoo two years ago.
