A close up of the image from NASA’s Mars Explorer Spirit, showing what looks like an alien figure walking down hill. When NASA sent it’s rovers to Mars to explore and photograph the planet, many were dissapointed at the lack of little green men in the pictures. Space enthusiasts have had four years to inspect the images and finally, a figure has appeared.

THESE amazing pictures seem to prove something geeks and Sci-Fi fans have suspected for years - there's life on Mars.

Nasa's Mars Explorer Spirit sent us these images from the surface of the Red Planet four years ago.

"What else could it be but a human-like creature?"
