Not everyone has their heart set on founding a company,

people do think the idea of running their own business is scary.

Kate Jackson: I kind of was forced into running my own business because one of the downsides of working, living in a rural area is that actually there aren't many options for a graduate

this was the only option, have my own business, to basically do what I'm good at and what I love doing

I went off to have my second child and then I was made redundant when I was about to come back to work, so I started thinking about other options.
