It's because Romo is the successful and charismatic quarterback of a team that's popular all throughout the country (the Cowboys put three guys in the top 10, with Marion Barber at eight and Terrell Owens at 10).

The fact that he sees Jessica Simpson naked on a regular basis also doesn't hurt his status as someone to be admired.

But still, if I had to choose a guy for the top spot, I'm glad it's also a guy who does things like help old people change tires and take homeless people to the movies.
