Harry Shearer is the voice of Ned Flanders on The Simpsons.
He's also the bassist for the fictitious "Spinal Tap" rock band. He used to be on Saturday Night Live. He was a founding member of the improv group, The Credibility Gap, (along with David Landers and Michael McKean, of "Lenny & Squiggy" fame).
