Money back Guarantee is strictly limited and without exceptions to the fees paid. The Money Back Guarantee is only applicable to the Safe Trading Method for the USD/JPY currency pair. This warranty period is applicable for a 6 month period from the date the participant attends the first class of the program, starts operating a single demo account and the full fees being paid.

In the event the participant wishes to seek a refund, the participant hereby undertakes to complete the Refund Requisition Form (6 months single demo trading account with daily trading results including entry point, stop loss and profit targets must be included).

Subject to fulfilling the requirements for the money back guarantee and the satisfactorycompletion of the Refund Requisition Form, FX1 undertakes to refund the fees paid (SUBJECT TO THE FULL FEES BEING PAID) within 7 days.

This warranty is only applicable to a demo account (paper trade) and NOT a live account.
