Wow, how awesome to find a thread like this! I haven't listened to Coast to Coast in some time and after turning it on tonight it reminded me why I stopped listening to it.
Listening to George is just painful, especially when he gives some profound answer to a caller's question or guest and it's just plain ridiculous and completely based on his own BELIEFS and not FACTS whatsoever. And does he ever challenge anyone, caller or guest? It seems no matter how crazy someone's story can get he just goes along with it, and usually adds his wisdom to it also to explain it further. Good grief.
believe there are 2 types of "believers"
The first believer is the stupid believer, who soaks up anything and tries to make everything otherworldy and supernatural, even when it's clearly something normal or explainable
Then there is the skeptical believer
George is the role model for all stupid believers.
