There is a greasemonkey script [1]

to install it

1. Get Firefox
2. Install GreaseMonkey
3. restart Firefox
4. Click on the following icon and select "Install"

Installation

Drag (click on it and keep your finger on the mouse key) this:

to your Bookmarks/Favorites bar

If you don’t know how to drag the link, just right click on it and select: "Bookmark this Link" or "Add to Favorites..." (depending on the browser).

Usage

When you visit a photo and want to leave a footprint, click on the new bookmark/favorite to add the text at the end of the comment.
