After reading many reviews on several forums, I decided that this was my best choice. I have been very pleased with this set, the picture is very good on analog cable signal, and exceptional on over the air HD. Standard DVD picture is great as well. I have a brightly lighted living room with a large picture window and glare on the screen is not a problem, the picture is bright and easy to see in the daytime. The sound that is delivered from the internal speakers is very good considering the size they must be to fit in this thin enclosure. Very happy with this purchase, I think this is a great unit. The only criticisim I have is the remote could have a little larger print on the controls as they are hard to read without grabbing my glasses. I highly recommend this Samsung HDTV television.
