Bush Admin Says it Can Kidnap Foreign Nationals

The Bush administration has asserted it has the right to kidnap foreign nationals wanted for crimes in the United States. In a statement to the Court of Appeal in London, a senior U.S. government lawyer said American law allows for the kidnapping of British citizens. The statement was made in an extradition case of a British entrepreneur wanted in the U.S. for tax evasion and bank fraud.
